- When in the past you might have said, “I’ll do it later,” say, “I’ll do something now.” No matter how small the action is, take one action, large or small! Small changes lead to big results.
- Continue to prime your mind for positivity to increase personal power. Take five minutes at the end of the day and identify 2-3 things you are grateful for and 3 things you did today you feel proud of.
